Shipping & Delivery
Kazlo Crafts self-fulfills all orders in a timely manner, within 1-3 business days, depending on the size of the order. Fulfillment does vary when buying multiple items. Please contact Melissa if planning to purchase more than 10 items as the time to make the items may need to be discussed.

I use tracking on all orders, because I need to know that you received your order. This also allows you to not worry about whether or not you can trust it is on its way.

Privacy Policy
I do not have access to any information from customers other than what is provided to me from the visitor/member. The method of payment info is not collected by this site as it is done through the third-party credit card company and banking institutions. In other words, this site does not collect or sell personal data.
In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us within 14 days of purchase, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us (we will supply you with a return label). We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be supplied with a return label free of charge,
if deemed necessary.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
